Our equipment has been designed so that it can be used by everyone, irrespective of age, mobility, weight or fitness level. It is also suitable for most members with conditions such as MS, fybromalgia, stroke, back pain, ME, arthritis, joint replacements and many others. No special clothes or shoes are required.

Here at Bodyshape we offer a free no-obligation trial, as we feel this is very important and believe that people must feel comfortable.
Ladies are encouraged to come along and enjoy a free trial on the equipment and experience the friendly relaxed atmosphere.
Once a lady becomes a member, a full body analysis is provided including body mass index and body fat testing. This is retested after approx 8 weeks, which is great for monitoring results, achieving goals and helping with motivation. We are here to make you feel good and help you reach your goals and maintain results.
